Hey, I'm David. I'm a Texan, certified strength coach, hobbyist maker and creator of the DA Plate, Dumbbell and Kettlebell molds for concrete weights. 

When the COVID-19 pandemic started, I got busy building. After recreating my weight room platform at home for a couple hundred bucks in materials from a local hardware store, others asked for support to help them do the same as weights and racks were overpriced, hard to come by and a fortune to ship if you could find them.

Stix and Stone was born for that purpose - to help you build your own badass gym - with power rack plans and concrete weight molds to get you started. Best of all, the price per pound on the weight plates, dumbbells and kettlebells continue to drop the more you make.
