Stix and Stone’s Concrete DA Tempering Roller Mold was developed in collaboration with powerlifter and inventor Donnie Thompson to support “body tempering” as a heavy-duty upgrade over traditional foam rollers, utilizing weighted cylinders to break up trigger points and relieve tightness in the joints, muscles and fascia. This mold follows in that same idea with affordable concrete. With proper use, this mold allows the user to make as many rollers as they want in their pursuit of body tempering.

This mold holds 100lbs of 5000psi concrete and can also be mixed with scrap steel inside to make the rollers heavier or a foam center to make them lighter.

Compared to other massaging rollers, the substantial weight of the concrete DA Tempering Rollers can create a much more intense form of soft tissue mobilization, without causing any additional pain or discomfort in the process. All roller molds are made of the same durable vacuum formed plastic, like other Stix and Stone molds, and are reusable for multiple concrete pours.
